Materials We Can Successfully Laser Cut
Laser engraving is widely used for trophies, corporate recognition awards, sports and various other competitions and events.
Leach Laser can create badges and labels in various stock sizes or custom shapes made out of anodized aluminum or stainless steel. We then engrave permanent information, logs, or barcodes onto your product.
Using two-color engraver’s plastic, we create attractive badges at economical prices. We also make striking four-color badges by utilizing our high-resolution DCS printer. Additionally, pin-back or magnet attachments are available for further customization.

Stencils are widely used in manufacturing industrial parts, marking shipping cartons, and creating artworks, and signage. We can produce custom painting stencils using 7 mil mylar as well as 0.02” or 0.03” PETG. We are capable of cutting intricate details and add text characters as small as 6/16”.
Our company recently participated in the restoration of the Elks Theatre in Prescott, AZ. The original theatre had very detailed designs inside the building and over the stage area. Our team helped create fairly large stencils from pencil tracings of the original artwork.
We are able to etch intricate designs and photographs on various glass products by using laser engraving techniques. This creates a frosted effect on the glass with little depth penetration.
